To register and use the n52 platform, you must meet the following requirements without any exceptions:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration. n52 does not accept registrations from individuals below this age limit under any circumstances.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.
• Not included on the self-exclusion list or the exclusion list of any relevant regulatory body.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account only. Any attempt to register more than one account, whether using different personal information or different IP addresses, may result in the immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the n52 customer support team immediately via live chat or email. n52 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your own login credentials.

N52 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and online bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• N52 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

If your account is closed for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any valid fund balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. However, if the account closure is due to a breach of terms, n52 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including any outstanding winnings.
